1. What Data We Collect
We collect minimal data necessary to operate the Site. This may include browser type and version, device type and operating system, pages visited and time spent, referring URL, country-level location, account email address when you sign in, saved match preferences, prediction activity, and Premium access status. We do not intentionally collect precise GPS location.
2. Prediction Data
If you submit a match prediction through the Site, the outcome (e.g., "Home Win") may be stored anonymously to power community prediction statistics. We do not link this data to your identity. Prediction data is aggregated and used solely to display community percentage breakdowns.
3. Analytics
We use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the Site. Analytics data is aggregated and anonymized. We do not sell individual-level analytics data to third parties. Analytics cookies may be set by our analytics provider.
4. Cookies
The Site uses cookies to remember user preferences (e.g., timezone selection, theme). We may also use third-party analytics cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some features of the Site may not function correctly without cookies enabled.
5. Affiliate Link Tracking
When you click on affiliate links on this Site, our affiliate partners may set cookies to track referrals. This tracking is handled entirely by the affiliate partner and is governed by their privacy policy. We receive aggregated commission data but do not receive personal data from clicks.
6. Account and Premium Data
If you sign in or purchase Premium access, we use your email address, account identifier, payment event status, and Premium entitlement status to provide login, saved match features, and purchased digital access. Payment card details are processed by Paddle and are not stored by MatchPulse AI.
7. Data Retention
We retain anonymized usage data for up to 24 months for analytics purposes. Account, prediction, saved match, and Premium entitlement data may be retained while your account remains active or as needed for legal, tax, fraud prevention, refund, and support purposes. You may request deletion of eligible data at any time by contacting us.
8. Third-Party Services
This Site may use third-party services for authentication, payment processing, analytics, hosting, data delivery, and affiliate links. These third parties have their own privacy policies, which we do not control. We encourage you to review their policies before providing personal information.
9. Children's Privacy
This Site is intended for users aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal data to us, please contact us for removal.
10. Contact & Data Removal Requests
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we may hold about you, contact support@matchpulse.org. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.
